Morning Minute for June 13th
- Some staff have shared they may be ready to check out as early as Friday afternoon. I know a few people had medical procedures scheduled etc. As a reminder Monday and Tuesday are contractual days. If you are checking out early you will need to put in the appropriate short leave form. No need to put in for a sub.
- There was a late request for students to support at Clark's Field Day tomorrow. I had a list of 7th graders who attended Harrison Park for most of their K-5 experience and asked several of them if they would like to support. Those attending will leave class at 11:45, eat lunch and then head over to Clark. They will return by 3:00 for the assembly. We will mark them out if they actually attend tomorrow. These students may attend: Athena Branch, Michael Knight, Alex Leedle, Nogc Tran, Itiel Orozco, Aireauna Taylor, Jackson Whipple, Aisha Awow.
- We are on a PM Assembly schedule tomorrow. Once we have the rows for 8th graders to sit in we will get a map out of spots for 7th period classes. This will happen by noon. Tomorrow's assembly is an awards assembly to highlight our student's accomplishments this year. We will have the 8th graders enter together to help them practice for tomorrow night. We do ask that those with 7th period prep please come to the assembly to support at 3:00.
- We had a parent misplace car keys last night at our performing arts event. If you see some errant keys please turn them in to the office.
- Letters students wrote to themselves in Advisory are now in you boxes for students. If they are opened it is only because we had to look to see who they belonged to. They were not read. Some students did not seal them and/or left their names off the outside.
- I will be putting more info and class lists in peoples boxes for Friday. This is a draft, but should give you a general idea of where you will be. Please let me know if you feel you will not get at least one 30 minute timeslot during the day for prep (this is the equivalent of a period):
