Thank you to the 6th grade team for holding grade level assemblies! It will make a difference.

  • I stacked several appointments tomorrow and will be in around 12:45.
  • Please note we made a shift for Advisory this week. In an effort to avoid taking class time we will be using Advisory to support with Forecasting. On Monday all 6th graders should report to the auditorium during Advisory. On Tuesday we will have 7th graders report during Advisory. We will go over classes for next year etc. Students will fill out their forecasting form in Advisory in subsequent days.
  • STAMP testing for our MIP 8th graders will be taking place this week during 1st and 3rd periods. The library will not be open during this time. This is a very stressful time for students as it is the cumulation of years of work. Please encourage them and support!
  • Monday the last two ELLevation trainings will take place during PLCs. Social Studies and Elective teachers will meet together in Colin's room (sorry the room number is escaping me right now) and LA will meet in Heather's room. For those of you who don't meet with a PLC regularly, Theresa sent out information in regards to joining one so you can receive this training. Please be sure to attend at least one session. Direct questions to Theresa.
  • Staff Meeting this week will be continued work around ways to support our multilingual students.
  • Lilly will be out this week and SUN will be overseen by Sable. Please feel free to reach out to Regina, Spencer or I if there are any concerns.
  • Thursday Inline and Studio Petretti, our contractors and architecture firm, are hosting a career event for some of our 8th graders. This will take place in the cafeteria.
  • I will be trying to finalize room assignments for next year this week and may be coming around for input etc. While we are on facilities please be aware the building will be completely closed all summer after June 21st.
