Morning Minute for March 22nd

It is here...well just one day away. I want to thank you for being present this week and ensuring we held things steady. You are appreciated. Say good luck and farewell to Regina and Kojo tomorrow as they head out with our 8th grade Immersion students to Taiwan for their Capstone Residency trip. They have a very busy schedule with many learning tasks ahead of them. We will miss you and wish you safe travels. They will return to the building on April 9th.

  • Tomorrow spend some time creating your list for your return...trust me it will still be there when you come back. Make some notes about where you left off and things you don't want to forget. Spend a little time organizing your room. At 3:55 you all need to lock your classroom door and head out for rest and recovery.
  • The building will be closed during the break. I believe your badges will not work. Custodial staff will be onsite during the day.
  • I will be turning my phone off at 5:30 tomorrow and will check my texts/emails every other day or so to be apprised of any emergencies.
  • Ants are back. Please try to keep all food tightly secured and avoid scraps as much as possible.
  • The Weekly Forecast will be out on March 31st.
