Morning Minute for September 20th
- Here is a link to the slides for tomorrow's Lock Down Drill. Please take a moment to review them prior to presenting them to students. Please take attendance first thing during 2nd period and then go into the the slides. We anticipate that the drill will begin at 10:15 and be completed by 10:25 or so. Some classes may feel the need to debrief after the drill. Please take this time if it is needed text or call the office if you are in need of support with any students or just need someone to help with this process. Lock Down Slides. Finally, we will be scheduling drills so they take place during each period throughout the year and one is not more impacted.
- 6th Grade Advisory Pairs attached is the master list of 6th graders and what teacher/camp they are attending. It was brought to my attention that this list may not be completely updated. If you are aware that students have indeed turned in their forms feel free to note that on this list. Advisory teachers may want to check in with highlighted students tomorrow and adjust their list accordingly. Our hope is that Advisory Pairs can work through making calls by Monday of next week. Forms are technically due on Thursday, but we want to get as many students signed up as possible and feel allowances will be made. ODS Lists
- We will have Leadership students deliver permission forms to 7th period teachers (for 6th graders) tomorrow. 7th period teachers please hand them out to 6th graders before the end of the period. Students will turn the form in as they come into the mixer on Friday. Please tell them to hold on to their forms until then. This information will be shared with parents.
