Ughhhhh. I am now rewriting the Weekly Forecast as a lot of the work that I did earlier in the day did not save. Deep breath. For those of you who have joined the HP team I try to get the Weekly Forecast out on Sundays by noon. There is no expectation for people to read it until Monday mornings. The Morning Minute will run Tuesdays through Fridays. Today, I was off  my schedule as I was helping my daughter prepare to leave for Norway. She made it through security and will be landing in Iceland soon. 

• The movers will be here tomorrow (Monday) to assist. They are able to move out unwanted items, furniture, boxes (if they need to be taken to another location), etc. Please fill out this form ASAP so we can begin to task out item Moving Support

• Speaking of movers for those of you without furniture they will be moving your furniture into rooms throughout the day. 

• We are shifting our wardrobe for the week. Please plan on wearing your staff t-shirts on Tuesday (6th graders first day) instead of Wednesday. I received an email late Friday afternoon to let us know two board members and other district office staff will be at Harrison Park on the 29th. I think our staff t-shirts will be a great way to show our pride. 

• With that being said plan on wearing navy or read on Wednesday and RED on Thursday for our school drone picture.

• Throughout our PD we referred to the Harrison Park MS Systems slides as a document where you can access many of the things related to our work. Linked here and in our Shared Drive - it is the only item outside a folder - you will notice it is a living document. We will continually work on updating this. If you have questions or if there's something you'd like to see added email Leah, Regina, Spencer, Conni, Dan, or Theresa.

• Another item we have asked for is your syllabus or letter of communication to parents. It sounds like some people may need some more time or support on this so we ask this be turned in by next Tuesday the 5th. Please reach out to Regina, Spencer, Theresa or me for support. Shout out to the 6th grade CORE teachers. I love the collaborative spirit!

• Please make sure you have done a phone check. Last week a supply order list was put in boxes. Office staff will do their best to get orders out as soon as possible. 

• For those of you who move rooms, or from one building to Harrison Park, be on the lookout for information on extended hours for moves. 

• As a reminder we are asking that staff is out of the building no later than 7:30 in the evening.
