Nightly News for May 9th

I hope all is well. This has been a fantastic PD and I am so excited to get back and share what we are learning. 
  • Tomorrow the 8th graders will be having their field trip to McDaniel.  Our bus pick up time has been changed and we will now be loading the buses at 12:30. Please have students go to their 4th period class, take attendance and then walk with them to the cafeteria. The 2nd and 3rd graders will be eating lunch at the same time and we will need support in getting the 8th graders to their assigned eating areas (designated tables and hallway). 
At 12:30 we will take attendance and load the buses, with the hopes of returning close to 6th period. 
If students do not have a signed permission slip, they will stay behind and attend their regular classes and lunch time.

6th and 7th Grade

All 6th and 7th grade students will go to lunch 1st tomorrow and then go to recess. Please go over this with them and make sure they know. 

  • Headphones
We do have some headphones. If your class needs some let Theresa know.

Morning Minute for May 8th

 A reminder that lunch will be ready to roll tomorrow @ 12:40 in the staff room. We will be serving burritos and tacos.  A shift in the schedule. We will serve desserts on Friday and Italian sodas on Thursday.  Please note orders for Italian sodas need to be turned in by Thursday at noon. These can be put in Leah's box. If we do not have an order form one will not be delivered. These were handed out at staff meeting yesterday.
