Nightly News for March 1st

  •  I will be out of the building from about 10:00-2:00 (potentially) for a district presentation. Kara will be out the remainder of the week. As a reminder Audra is also out this week. 
  • 3rd-5th Grade Assembly "Revolutionary Revue" will be taking place in the main gym @ 9:30. Impacted classes and teachers have been communicated with. 
  • From Djamila- Hope you've been enjoying Garden Class with Max this year.  We know there are some big changes coming to HP next year and we're hoping we might be able to continue K-5 Garden programming at Clark Campus, and possibly still some Middle School programming at HP.  

I'm sending you our mid-year survey (a bit late...)- this should take you about 5 minutes to complete and is your opportunity to give us feedback, suggestions for improvement, appreciations, and your input on whether you want to continue Garden next year!

  • On that note the plan is to continue the current program @ Clark. We are working on what it looks like at the middle school. 
  • Thank you K-5 teachers and DUTY staff for bringing students to the cafeteria to review expectations around recess and lunches. We will do this again after Spring Break, but just like in classrooms wanted to review so we ensure everyone is on the same page.

Morning Minute for May 8th

 A reminder that lunch will be ready to roll tomorrow @ 12:40 in the staff room. We will be serving burritos and tacos.  A shift in the schedule. We will serve desserts on Friday and Italian sodas on Thursday.  Please note orders for Italian sodas need to be turned in by Thursday at noon. These can be put in Leah's box. If we do not have an order form one will not be delivered. These were handed out at staff meeting yesterday.
