Nightly News for January 24th

  • PAT members thank you for your presence this afternoon at our meeting. If you were unable to log into the Successful Schools Survey I hope you took the time to accomplish a task at hand. Please be sure to complete the survey once your personal link is sent to you. 
  • PFSP members I will email you directly, but would ask you take some time on Friday to complete the Successful Schools Survey. This was a link sent to you (search Panorama if you can not find it) it will say Request for Feedback. This email was sent out on January 23rd and provides a unique link for you. If you can not find this email please let me know. 
  • Remember to turn in your extended hours to Shannon on a regular basis as opposed to holding on to them until the end of the month.
  • 2nd-5th grade classes are invited to tomorrow's Performance Assembly (Dress Rehearsal). This takes place at 1:40. PLEASE review assembly expectations with your classes if you plan on attending. We will put out a list for 5th period teachers of students who should be allowed to be at the rehearsal. This is the ONLY period tomorrow kids should be rehearsing. 

From Kenneth: For classrooms provided with loaner chromebooks

 - Here is a link to that spreadsheet for checking in and out loaner chromebooks. I will be leaving copies of these in your boxes but incase you need more in the future here is the link. We have seen that having students have to sign out and in the classroom loaner chromebooks helps tremendously with loss and damage on class loaners.

For all teachers
- If you come back to your class and a chromebox has been installed and you are having an issues with projecting your screen to your projector. Try pressing CTRL+ F4. This switches between extended and mirroring your display. THE MOST COMMON ISSUE I help with chromeboxes. 
- Also if you have issues with playing music on spotify or videos from streaming services on chromeboxes, I HIGHLY recommend to use your pixelbook instead. You can connect your pixelbook via the dongle and VGA cable that was provided to your mail boxes earlier this semester. Please email me or Brenda if you have issues with this :)

Morning Minute for May 8th

 A reminder that lunch will be ready to roll tomorrow @ 12:40 in the staff room. We will be serving burritos and tacos.  A shift in the schedule. We will serve desserts on Friday and Italian sodas on Thursday.  Please note orders for Italian sodas need to be turned in by Thursday at noon. These can be put in Leah's box. If we do not have an order form one will not be delivered. These were handed out at staff meeting yesterday.
