Nightly News for October 6th

  • Please note that Emily will be out of the building tomorrow and Monday. Dan will do his best to support 5th-8th climate issues. Kara and Leah will jump in to support as they can.

  • Flu shots will be available: When? October 12th, 2022 from 3:30pm-5:30pm Where? In the Dr. Matthew Prophet Center (formerly BESC) Board Room at 501 N Dixon Street Portland, OR 97227

This flu shot clinic will run concurrently with the Trust Open Enrollment Benefits Fair for ATU, DCU, PAT and PFSP employees.  All employees and their family members are eligible to receive a flu shot. Walk-ins are welcome but to help us determine the quantities needed, please click here to sign up.

 

Costco requires that the attached form be completed before you receive a flu shot.  Be sure to bring a copy of your insurance ID card and one for each family member receiving a shot.

  • MAP Growth Testing - MakeUp Test Session tomorrow 9:30-11 in the cafeteria. Middle school teachers you can see who is not done here in orange. Next week is the last week. Monday 9:30 and 1:45, Tuesday 1:45, Wednesday 1:45, Thursday 9:30 and 1:45. Thank you for your patience with this.

Morning Minute for May 8th

 A reminder that lunch will be ready to roll tomorrow @ 12:40 in the staff room. We will be serving burritos and tacos.  A shift in the schedule. We will serve desserts on Friday and Italian sodas on Thursday.  Please note orders for Italian sodas need to be turned in by Thursday at noon. These can be put in Leah's box. If we do not have an order form one will not be delivered. These were handed out at staff meeting yesterday.
