Nightly News for October 12th

  • We will have a few PFSP staff out tomorrow for a training in the morning. They will be out until at least 12:30. If anyone is willing to volunteer in the morning for some duty coverage please let me know.
  • The end of the pay period is coming up on Oct. 15th which is a Saturday.  Please make sure you have all your documentation turned into the office (give to Naima she will get them in Shannon's tray) by Thursday Oct. 13th at 4pm. since Friday is a non-work day.
  • Shannon will be out tomorrow and possibly Monday.
  • Take some time tomorrow to swing by the back area outside of Theresa's office and pick up items that have been unearthed by volunteers from Saint Mary's today. These items have been left by various people and/or are up for anyone who may want them. Art supplies, manipulative, books, etc. The only stuff up for grabs is on the white tables. Items will be donated, thrown out or recycled at end of the day Monday.

  • We are looking for a 3rd-5th grade represenative for ILCT. If you have an interest please see Leah.
  • We are also looking for another middle school voice on ILCT. This person would not need to be present at all meetings, but would be asked to attend the climate focused meetings. Please let Emily or Leah know if you have questions.
  • As a reminder please do not use the doors that have signs, cones and blue tape on them. We have had a request in to fix them and it is not an URGENT request for them to be addressed. We know this is inconvenient, but safety is a priority. I shared out a plan for those who use the small playground around some solutions to getting back into the building.
