Nightly News for June 13th- Final for the 2021-22 School Year!

  •  As a reminder there are specific boxes to be used for packing up Lucy Caulkins curriculum. Please do not use these for any other purposes. These boxes should be placed outside your door (they are marked). Please do not mix them with other garbage/trash. If you have garbage/trash please make sure it is labeled as such. Finally, do not place items you are giving away outside of your room as they will also be placed in the trash/recycling. 
  • Please avoid dumping things in the workroom. This is a communal space and no on is in charge of keeping it picked up. The office staff is out of the building on Friday due to construction and will not have time to take care of this. 
  • The building will be open until 8:00 in the evenings through Thursday this week. Everyone should be out by this time. We are unsure of custodial schedules as they are short staffed, but believe they should be open until this time. The building will close at 6:00 on Friday so everyone needs to be out by then. You may have noticed already that the construction teams are already moving in for their work. I came in this morning and by 11:00 went to get something from my car and saw fencing went up during that time. 
  • PFSP (with the exception of the office team) are officially out of the building for the summer. 
  • PAT members Emily and I will be available for check out from 12:00-3:30 tomorrow. Please make sure we have signed off your sheet during these hours. We will be in our offices to help facilitate this. The office staff is not able to check you out, but will take your keys and checkout sheet once it is signed. Keys will be placed in an envelope for the summer. If you are not checking out tomorrow please email Emily and I both to let us know what your plan is for checking out. Emily will be out of the building on Friday. I will be out of the building on Thursday at a training. We will be in meetings/interviews for the majority of the day Wednesday.
  • Remember out Staff Bon Voyage/Retirement Celebration will be tomorrow @ Pips & Bounce. A calendar invite with the address was sent out earlier. The party begins at 3:45 and a short program will happen at 4:30.

Morning Minute for May 8th

 A reminder that lunch will be ready to roll tomorrow @ 12:40 in the staff room. We will be serving burritos and tacos.  A shift in the schedule. We will serve desserts on Friday and Italian sodas on Thursday.  Please note orders for Italian sodas need to be turned in by Thursday at noon. These can be put in Leah's box. If we do not have an order form one will not be delivered. These were handed out at staff meeting yesterday.
