Nightly News for 11/1

K-5 teachers please take time this week (maybe more, if needed) to review with your class lunch (page 1) expectations (before they leave for lunch) and PM recess (page 2) expectations (before or during recess time). Lunch Duty and Lunch Recess Duty will also be going over these expectations with students during their lunch and recess. Teachers, if you are noticing that a student is not coming to school with a mask or is going through lots of masks, please reach out to their families to remind them of sending them to school with a mask and some extras. We are going through many masks and our supply is running low. The matrix is attached in this the email. Hello! It's TAG nomination time! Here is the link for the Teacher form for TAG nominations this year. Parents have been given access to parent form, so they might be nominating some of your students! Morning Minute for June 11th

We will be on a PM Assembly schedule tomorrow, Tuesday the 11th. This is a shift from our original plans. I sent an email out earlier this afternoon to let everyone know we will be canceling the building wide WIN time. We did not have much entered in the spreadsheet designed to determine where students should be receiving support. My apologies to those of you who did make efforts to make this happen.  We will be reviewing what is in the spreadsheet and may be able to pull students who need a quiet space to catch up on things. If you have any questions in regards to this please feel free to direct them to me. We will have assigned seating for tomorrow's assembly. We will dismiss classes using the intercom. We will begin releasing classes around 2:40. Students should leave their backpacks/belongings in classrooms. To my knowledge there are no groups being pulled out tomorrow. Monday the 3rd 6th Grade Chromebook Turn In Tuesday the 4th 7th Grade Chromebook Turn In Last Staff Meeting @ 4:00 AVID Awards & Family Night @ 6:00 Wednesday the 5th 8th Grade Chromebook Turn In MIP Capstone Night @ 5:00 Thursday the 6th 8th Grade Beach Trip (Leave @ 10:00) Last Day of SUN Programming Friday the 7th 8th Graders Return We are heading into the final two weeks. This week will be busy with several night events and Chromebook turn in. Please hold to building and classroom expectations. The more normalcy we can provide the better. We do not have any alternative schedules this week so hopefully that keeps things "normal".   We will not hold PLCS or Kid Chats this week.
